1) Park in the RAMP. You are almost always GUARANTEED to find a parking spot in our four-level parking ramp. Located just a block off Main Street adjacent to the historic Lowell Inn, the City of Stillwater’s parking ramp is often underutilized, so be a star and park asap by turning left on Commercial Street from Main St. and head straight into a covered place to park your beloved ride. The parking ramp can also be accessed from above on 3rd Street. You’ll need your smartphone to pay, so go to AirGara.ge , choose the “Stillwater Ramp”, enter your name and plate number, and off you go! The weekday rate is $3/day and $5/day on weekends. Not a bad deal, right!
2) Keep driving north on Main Street! As you enter the Birthplace of Minnesota from hwy 36/hwy 95/Main Street it’s temping to want to get out of your vehicle asap to start shopping, dining, and sightseeing, but…if you wait just a few minutes, enjoy the bustling main street views and keep going only a few more blocks north on Main Street you’ll find more parking lots with time limit parking and even a few with 24hr overnight option.
