RCIA Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

RCIA Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults RCIA is a faith formation process which includes prayer, reflecting on scripture, learning Catholic teaching and tradition, and sharing personal stories of faith,. The purpose is to deepen one’s relationship with Jesus Christ through the Church and for the world. The program is designed for:

  1. Adults who were never baptized and who want to learn more about the Catholic faith with the possibility of becoming a Catholic.

  2. Adults who were baptized in other Christian denominations and who want to learn about and possibly join the Catholic Church.

  3. Adults who were baptized Catholic but had little or no further faith formation, and who would now like to receive the sacrament of Confirmation.

  4. Practicing adult Catholics who want to learn more about their faith.

The program begins the first Wednesday after Labor Day and continues through Easter.
